Live Fashion Illustration At A London Wedding At Brunswick House
Back in May this year I illustrated at a beautiful wedding at Brunswick House which was such an interesting and unusual venue. It's an antique-filled Grade ll* Georgian mansion, built for the Duke of Brunswick in 1758.
You can book out the private rooms for a wedding party and I was based in the atmospheric study, surrounded by taxidermy and curious artefacts.
These photos are by photographer Sophie Barloc and they capture the mood and sophistication of Heather and Stephen’s wedding beautifully.
Working at a wedding in London requires a little more organisation as I have to rely on public transport rather than driving, but it's always worth it for the variety of beautiful venues and the excitement from the guests as I capture their portraits.
London weddings are often a more sophisticated affair, and I love all the unusual venues I have worked at from The Hoxton, to 1 Hotel Mayfair, Brunswick House and The Libertine.
Below are some examples of the guest portraits I captured at Brunswick House.
