Hello, I’m Helen
After years spent dreaming of being a professional artist, redundancy during the 2020 lockdowns gave me the nudge I needed to found Helen Ridley Illustration.
I initially sold greeting cards and gifts online and at art markets. Then, in 2023, I discovered the joy of being a live event illustrator, and it now sits at the heart of my business.
As a live illustrator, I paint 5-10-minute guest portraits at weddings and at corporate events for luxury brands, retailers, and professional organisations. I also lead watercolour and illustration workshops for corporate clients seeking engaging team activities that boost employee wellbeing.
I host in-person workshops, online classes, and creative retreats for amateur artists, and I also run networking events for professional creatives in Berkshire.
